Today is Penelope's birthday, sort of. She's 4 months old! To celebrate, I am posting a video. This is the first time I have attempted this--I hope it works. The footage is of her laughing, which she just recently started doing, while Daddy plays with her. It's kinda hard to hear her laughter because Mark and I were laughing so hard, but it sounds freakin' cute.
